2015
Foundation of Viviscent
Viviscent’s journey began when our founder, Kevin Edmundson, and his lifelong friend Jason Rayner made a heartfelt commitment: to create housing that would help veterans find peace, stability, and a renewed sense of life. What started as a promise between two friends has grown into a mission-driven enterprise dedicated to building sustainable homes and supportive communities.
2016
What Inspires This Journey
In 2016, Kevin was fighting a personal battle with cancer, and the sudden passing of Jason devastated him. Yet out of this season of loss came a renewed sense of purpose. Kevin carried forward the vision he and Jason had shared — transforming their promise into a movement dedicated to sustainable housing, resilience, and dignity for veterans and underserved families.

Expansion into Renewable Energy
By 2020, after successfully beating cancer, Kevin founded the Viviscent Wellness Foundation. What began as a personal commitment has since grown into a national movement to build sustainable housing, create pathways for veterans and underserved families, and inspire communities with dignity, compassion, and resilience.
